In addition to a performance excellence program, we are proud to announce that we have implemented an electronic medical record and electronic practice management suite. This software allows patients to log in directly on our website and view their medical record after their visit. In addition, this software suite also allows for online appointment requests, direct billing and payment, and the option to complete a portion of the pre-visit intake paperwork before even coming to the doctor’s office. Electronic Medical records are becoming a universal standard across the world, and while there is still significant amount of work to be done to achieve complete interconnectivity, these first steps will support our efforts in ensuring the appropriate level and ease of care coordination across your providers.
