Important: We facilitate coordination and logistics for medical travel. We do not provide medical care, and medical providers/facilities are independent.

2. Our Mexico Operations Partner (HWB-MX)

We may use our Mexico-based contractor/affiliate Health & Wellness Bazaar, S.A. de C.V. (“HWB-MX”) to perform certain non-medical, on-the-ground coordination services in Mexico (e.g., scheduling support, logistics, transportation coordination, translation, and local customer support). HWB-MX is not the contracting party to your agreement with HWB unless expressly stated, and is not the merchant of record unless disclosed at the time of payment.

3. Information We Collect

  • Approximate location: derived from IP address (not precise geolocation unless you explicitly allow it through device settings)
